I am so excited to begin my year as President of Chapter 355 by
planning and coordinating APC 2012 for Region 3. The goal for the
educational portion of the conference is to further inform NAWIC
members on how to survive the various “jungles” they may face in the
workplace. In addition to planning APC, I am also looking to inspire
ALL of our chapter members to become actively involved in this year’s
Block Kids and WIC Week. After all, we are nothing without the
group effort of our entire team. I am also seeking not to just retain
all of our current chapter members, but to increase our membership by at least 3 people during this year through one or two socials. It is very important to me to get the NAWIC name out there in our business community.

This local chapter of NAWIC was chartered on October 5, 1996. The chapter currently consists of 18 members who strive to enhance the core purpose of NAWIC through various community projects, education programs and business related programs. General membership meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of each month at the Holiday Inn - Viera.
