JSS Property Professionals, Inc.

I like to keep myself busy…and I do, working for three companies, at the same time.  I am the CFO/EVP and license holder for both JSS Property Professionals, Inc and JSS Consulting and Remediation, Inc.  The sister companies work together doing full scale exterior restoration of existing buildings, focusing on building envelope maintenance, structural element and concrete repair/replacement, and waterproofing.  We also perform forensic surveying for local engineers to help determine areas of corrosion and damage and mold testing, assessment, and remediation services in the Tampa Bay Area.  I am also the CEO and CG for Nittany Construction II, Inc, a residential/commercial remodeler.

I join the NAWIC Tampa Chapter in 2006, but become actively involved in 2007. Prior to being elected Chapter President, I have held multiple chapter committee chair positions, been a chapter director, treasurer and secretary. In 2008, I was Chapter Rookie of the Year and Region 3 Rookie of the Year in 2009.  I am honored to accept the challenge to be President this year; my goal is to grow the positive image of NAWIC in Tampa and focus on educational, networking and collaboration opportunities available through our group.  Our team has already put the ball in play, committing to a full schedule of “women” focused activities and events.  It is an exciting time in Tampa, and I am glad to be part of it!
